We need you, our beloved Catapistas!!!!

As the great and well-known CATAPA event the Open Min(e)d Academic Speakers Tour is coming up (11/03 – 16/03), it is time to mobilize yourself and participate in this super exciting series of lectures and meetings with our 4 guest speakers!! It’s an awesome opportunity for you to meet activists and representatives from Chili, Bolivia and the Philippines and, at the same time, to spread the message of CATAPA at Belgian higher institutions. And also, of course, to practice your español 😉

During this info-session we will give an overview and introduction about Open Min(e)d’s practicalities and we will gladly answer all your questions and concerns.

Because, as you know, we are looking for volunteers who would like to help out in many different ways: accompany our speakers to the universities in different cities, shortly present CATAPA… Apart from that, we also would like you to bring out your fun host skills and brainstorm different plans for our speaker’s free time – yes, it is not a legend, there is going to be some free time, during the week and especially in the evenings. Feel free to bomb us with program ideas if you have any in mind!

Here you can find the schedule (of course still subject to change): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VYTRz4sAEydMTMy72M31k0t-9T3gqldonK7x41eYU7w/edit?fbclid=IwAR1U2OlxjRW2LljH8x0IEcuYaMbTSvQ54X8WW-salQPPU4eIrfs2qR4ykyc#gid=1834089964

The first page is a general overview and the other 3 pages are separate for each speakers. There you can see the YELLOW fields which indicate the time slots for which we’re still looking for volunteers.

If you are interested in any of the opportunities then please send an email to Nóra: nora.katona@catapa.be!

Thank you so much for your interest in helping out and your desire to keep volunteering!!!! ♥
