DESCRIPTION:Join us in interactive photo exhibition to explore the impact of mining and “the right to say no\,” starting from Latin America and ending in Gent! This exhibition highlights not only the destruction wrough upon Latin America by mining but also the dire effects upon Europe too!\n\nWe will reveal first-hand testimonies which depict not only the environmental repercussions and the resilience of the impacted communities\, but also the negative effect of this consumerist model on Europe – from the climate crisis to the everyday malfunctioning electronic made from those same metals mined in Latin America.\n\nJoin us on March 23 at Ensemble vzw\, Ghent\, as we open the exhibition with a guided tour from our environmental defenders\, Carolina and Wilder!
