The General Meeting of CATAPA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The General Meeting (GM) is the highest decision-making body of a non-profit organization. The GM consists of all members of CATAPA. All members have equal voting rights in the GM. New members receive the right to vote once their membership has been approved at the beginning of the next GM.<\/p>\n

The members of the GM decide together on changes to the articles of association, the appointment and resignation of the members of the board, the approval of the accounts and the budget… This may sound administrative, but it is a concrete way to get to know the organization better and to have your say in the direction we take!<\/p>\n

The GM meets at least once a year, usually in April or May (virtually in times of pandemic). Exceptionally, an Extraordinary GM can be convened. All members are personally invited to the meeting, and receive the agenda and accompanying documents such as the annual report and the budget in advance.[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_tabs active_section=”1″][vc_tta_section title=”How do I become a member?” tab_id=”how-to-become-a-member”][vc_column_text]CATAPA is always open to new members!<\/p>\n
