En la audiencia p\u00fablica su padre hizo una <strong>denuncia p\u00fablica sobre las amenazas de muerte que hab\u00eda recibido<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>relacionadas con la resistencia contra el proyecto minero de Miranda Gold.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este tr\u00e1gico suceso es un <strong>ataque directo contra quienes han luchado incansablemente por defender sus derechos y sus tierras<\/strong> frente a los intereses de las empresas que operan en la regi\u00f3n. Este acto es una amenaza para lxs defensorxs del territorio y de los derechos humanos y una advertencia para todos aquellos que se oponen a los intereses de los poderes corporativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1693919073946{margin-top: -50px !important;border-top-width: -10px !important;padding-top: -10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_cta h2=&#8221;Exigimos justicia junto a nuestros socixs colombianxs:&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigimos que se desarrolle una investigaci\u00f3n imparcial sobre este acto de violencia, para que no quede impune. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigimos a las autoridades ambientales, especialmente a la Agencia Nacional de Miner\u00eda, la sanci\u00f3n a toda actividad minera hasta que se den garant\u00edas de paz y protecci\u00f3n a toda la comunidad. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacemos un llamado urgente a las autoridades locales, regionales y nacionales para que brinden protecci\u00f3n y seguridad a los l\u00edderes y lideresas comprometidxs con la lucha por la justicia y la protecci\u00f3n de su territorio frente a los poderosos intereses econ\u00f3micos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitamos a la comunidad internacional que exija al Gobierno Colombiano la protecci\u00f3n de la vida e integridad personal de los l\u00edderes y comunidades que resisten para proteger sus territorios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigimos el respeto de los derechos humanos y la seguridad de quienes se dedican a la defensa de sus comunidades y de la tierra que les pertenece.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_cta][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CATAPA sigue el caso de Falan desde hace tiempo<\/strong> Lee <\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/catapa.be\/es\/falan-el-pueblo-de-colombia-donde-la-epoca-colonial-vuelve-una-y-otra-vez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s sobre Falan, donde las empresas mineras multinacionales (entre ellas Miranda Gold) est\u00e1n explorando la regi\u00f3n para comenzar con sus proyectos mineros a gran escala, mientras que lxs defensorxs del medio ambiente se est\u00e1n levantando para proteger sus tierras. Como se describe en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/catapa.be\/es\/como-convencer-a-un-pueblo-para-que-destruya-su-futuro-un-manual-de-8-pasos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este art\u00edculo <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">centrado en Fal\u00e1n, <strong>las amenzas la muerte son una pr\u00e1ctica com\u00fan utilizada por las multinacionales mineras<\/strong> para obligar a una comunidad a cumplir con sus planes.
